Privacy notice

This notice covers two things: asking us for a Verity pilot session, and taking part in the Verity demonstration scenario. It explains what we store, why, how long we keep it, and how to ask us to delete it.

What we store

Pilot requests: your name, job title, organisation, sector, board size, email address, phone number, the AI risk you describe, and a record that you consented to be contacted about the Verity pilot.

Demo answers: the first name and role you enter, the four responses you give in the scenario, the messages the simulated characters gave you, your six scores, your Verity Index, and the Readiness Report produced from them.

Why we store it

Pilot requests are stored so the Lakeshore team can contact you about a pilot session and keep track of where each conversation has reached.

Demo answers are stored so we can produce your Readiness Report and understand how much interest there is in Verity. Demo reports are used for training and product development, not to assess any real board.

How long we keep it

We keep pilot requests and demo answers for 24 months from the date you submit them. After that they are deleted.

Who sees it

Access is limited to the Lakeshore team working on Verity. We do not sell your details and we do not share them with other organisations.

Your demo answers are sent to an AI model to write the character messages and to score your decisions. Please do not enter real or confidential information about your organisation in the demo.

How to ask for deletion

Email info@lakeshoremc.uk and tell us which submission is yours, either the email address you used or the name you entered in the demo. We will delete it from our records.

To ask about your data or request deletion, email info@lakeshoremc.uk. For how we handle student and staff records more widely, see our data protection page.
